AI Engineering – New College Graduate 2027

About the role

Bitdeer AI is seeking 2027 new college graduates to join its full‑stack AI cloud platform team. You will work on building large‑scale, high‑performance AI services that power global enterprises, startups, and research institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI cloud services such as GPU virtual machines, bare‑metal provisioning, container orchestration, and multi‑region resource management.
• Build managed Kubernetes platforms with GPU‑native scheduling, distributed workload handling, and lifecycle automation for AI training and inference.
• Design and implement AI model training, fine‑tuning, deployment, and inference acceleration pipelines, including serverless inference and model APIs.
• Contribute to AI Agent platforms, covering workflow orchestration, tool integration, memory systems, and large‑scale runtime infrastructure.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) from any discipline or candidates with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong programming ability in languages such as Go, Python, C++, Java or Rust.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for cutting‑edge AI infrastructure and large‑scale distributed systems.
