AI Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an AI Data Analyst to help teams prepare and maintain AI‑ready data for intelligent agents, copilots and other AI tools. You will focus on data quality, metadata, and governance to ensure data can be safely and effectively used by AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assess datasets and content for AI suitability and guide product and delivery teams on readiness standards.
• Identify data issues such as staleness, missing metadata, or unclear ownership and recommend remediation.
• Develop repeatable checklists, guidance and documentation to support AI data preparation.
• Conduct data quality checks for accuracy, completeness, consistency and timeliness.
• Monitor data freshness and relevance, escalating issues to engineering or data owners when needed.
• Assist teams in improving metadata and semantic documentation to enhance data discoverability.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of AI data readiness concepts and data governance principles.
• Ability to collaborate with data engineering, AI, and governance teams.
• Experience in assessing data quality and identifying gaps.
• Good communication skills to convey standards and remediation steps.
