The AI Business Partner – Activation translates business priorities into practical AI solutions that enhance workflow efficiency across media, social, content, creator, and omnichannel initiatives. Positioned at the intersection of business strategy, domain expertise, and applied AI, this role partners with activation discipline leaders to identify high‑value opportunities, prototype solutions, and scale successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and discipline leaders to pinpoint and prioritize generative AI opportunities across activation workflows and deliverables.
• Translate business priorities and functional requirements into clearly scoped AI use cases, pilots, and solution concepts.
• Assess opportunities based on business value, technical feasibility, user needs, adoption potential, scalability, and risk.
• Develop working prototypes and pilots using modern generative AI tools.
• Support operationalization and scaling of validated AI capabilities across activation teams.
• Facilitate cross‑functional adoption of AI solutions, ensuring responsible and business‑aligned implementation.

Required profile

• Ability to move fluidly from ambiguity to action, defining problems with stakeholders and rapidly testing ideas.
• Comfort working across diverse disciplines with varying maturity levels, tooling, and ways of working.
• Strong collaboration skills with business and discipline leaders.
