AI Business Analyst (Talent Pool)

About the role

MCI is seeking a strategic and analytical AI Business Analyst to connect business needs with AI‑driven solutions. The role focuses on identifying AI opportunities, gathering requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring measurable value from AI initiatives across a fast‑growing tech‑enabled services organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business needs and translate them into detailed AI solution requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Assess processes for AI and automation potential, develop business cases, and perform feasibility analyses.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, manage requirements throughout project lifecycles, and support prioritization.
• Assist with testing, validation, user acceptance, implementation, and change‑management activities.
• Monitor project outcomes, track benefits realization, and recommend optimizations.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and insights that drive AI adoption and operational excellence.
