About the role

As a Managed Services AI Agent Build & DevOps Manager, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents while overseeing DevOps processes to deliver strategic insights for clients. You will work within PwC's Data and Analytics practice to create innovative, data‑driven solutions that improve business performance and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI agent build and DevOps workstreams, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
• Guide teams in developing and implementing advanced data analytics and visualization solutions.
• Utilize business intelligence tools and cloud‑based analytics platforms to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to identify and resolve data challenges.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions using QlikView, Spotfire, and related technologies.
• Promote continuous process improvement and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Mentor junior staff, leveraging their strengths and managing performance to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI development, or DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with QlikView for data visualization.
• Experience with Spotfire for data visualization.
