Agriculture Instructor & Program Advancement Coordinator

About the role

The Agriculture Instructor/Program Advancement Coordinator will join the Division of Professional and Technical Programs at Cossatot Community College, delivering agriculture instruction and supporting the growth of the program.

Key responsibilities

• Teach agriculture courses and develop curriculum aligned with industry needs.
• Coordinate program advancement initiatives and engage with local industry partners.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes, including strategic planning and Institutional Effectiveness Evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and rigorous background‑check requirements.
• Provide hands‑on orientation and support to students and staff.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee or eligible applicant.
