About the role
As a member of Decagon’s Agent Success team you will partner closely with customers to guide deployments, support adoption and ensure they have the tools and insight they need to achieve meaningful outcomes. The role blends relationship management with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the Agent Success function and define its operating model at Decagon.
- Build long‑lasting partnerships with enterprise customers and act as their strategic advisor.
- Co‑pilot customers through the deployment journey from project scoping to full adoption and value realization.
- Continuously learn product features and AI industry best practices to become a subject‑matter expert.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to C‑level executives.
- Identify and support new projects and initiatives that benefit both the team and customers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer needs, propose technical improvements and influence the product roadmap.
Required profile
- 4+ years of customer‑facing experience in a technology environment.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executives and technical stakeholders.
