About the role

Want to make a difference in a young person's life? Become an After School Support Staff! You will guide the development of children in grades K‑5, ensuring a safe, enriching and healthy environment while using program resources and supplies.

Key responsibilities

Guide and support the growth of K‑5 students, maintaining a safe and enriching environment.
Engage positively with families and participants, providing excellent service and communication.

Required profile

Fun, engaging, welcoming and nurturing.
Early, punctual and reliable.
Serious role‑model attitude, leading by example.
Creative, innovative and able to thrive in a loud, disordered setting.
Comfortable having challenging conversations with parents and mediating peer conflicts.
