Aero Building Performance Project Manager

About the role

Aero Performance Group is looking for a Building Performance Project Manager to lead technical projects that improve building operations, energy use, occupant comfort, and system reliability for a range of clients including healthcare, universities, and industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from kickoff to closeout, creating schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders while monitoring profitability and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact, lead meetings, presentations, and build long‑term relationships.
• Oversee technical work such as functional testing, performance evaluations, and the preparation of high‑quality deliverables.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with all safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in commissioning, building performance, HVAC systems, building automation, energy engineering, testing & balancing, facilities engineering, or construction project management.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
