Advisory Practice Leader – Virtual Consulting

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Advisory Practice Leader to head its virtual consulting practice. The role provides strategic workforce solutions for global and regional clients, helping them tackle complex talent challenges and improve performance, efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing long‑term talent strategies aligned with business objectives and shareholder value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Implementation, Business Units and Corporate Services to design scalable programs and solutions.
• Recommend innovative, end‑to‑end talent management solutions using Kelly and external best practices.
• Lead and develop a team of advisors responsible for product development, adoption and market‑share growth across the talent supply chain.
• Maintain alignment with Kelly Account Management to ensure visibility and effective execution of solutions.
• Partner with Product Development and Product Management to create and evolve Kelly’s workforce‑management products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or talent supply‑chain environments, either as a service provider or practitioner.
• Proven strategic and consultative advisory capabilities with a track record of delivering long‑term talent solutions.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams and driving product strategy.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of MSP, RPO and talent supply‑chain processes.
• Experience in solution design, implementation and product development for workforce services.
