Advanced Systems Administrator – Cloud & Windows Server

About the role

The Advanced Systems Administrator will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure and multi‑cloud environments. This on‑site position requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across multiple technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server (2012‑2022) and Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu) environments.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, DNS, and file‑sharing services.
• Implement security controls, identity management, and compliance measures.
• Create and maintain Azure DevOps projects, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate routine administration tasks and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Support application hosting, middleware, and API management tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate server configurations and deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years of IT systems engineering experience.
• 3–5 years in infrastructure/network operations and system administration.
• 2–3 years hands‑on experience with Windows Server and IIS.
• 2–3 years of networking experience (TCP/IP, DNS, permissions).
• 2–3 years of AWS cloud experience (required) and strong Azure experience (preferred).
• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., GCP) is a plus.
