About the role
Yazaki is seeking an Advanced QA and Customer Interface Specialist to join its Tangier plant. The role focuses on managing customer claims, driving continuous quality improvement, and ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer claims and alerts, monitor corrective actions, and ensure permanent problem eradication.
- Create, update, and follow up on the Quality Improvement Plan, including 8D problem‑solving reports.
- Validate rework reports and prepare rework requests.
- Manage internal and external deviations.
- Coordinate customer audits and plant visits.
- Support project follow‑up activities such as APQP, ANPQP, and GPMS.
- Ensure implementation of customer requirements and maintain communication with the Customer Service Center (CSC).
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong planning and organization abilities.
- Effective communication and information management skills.
- Self‑reflective attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
Required skills
- 8D problem‑solving methodology.
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
- ANPQP (Automotive New Product Quality Planning).
- GPMS (Global Production Management System).
