Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Remote, Future Openings

About the role

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our fully remote, tele‑medicine team focused on longevity and health‑span optimization. Working alongside a physician, health coach and patient success coordinator, you will help deliver personalized, evidence‑based care to patients across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize complex patient data to create clear, actionable care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and health coaches to refine and implement individualized treatment protocols.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the clinical team and patients, ensuring seamless communication and follow‑up.
• Document encounters in the electronic health record with precision and compliance.
• Participate in continuous quality‑improvement initiatives and stay current with the latest longevity science.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the United States.
• Experience in tele‑medicine or virtual care preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to evidence‑based, proactive health management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to interpret laboratory results, imaging, and clinical assessments.
