About the role

The State of Georgia, through Southeastern Technical College, is seeking a full‑time Admissions Assistant (DTAE) to support the Admissions office. This role provides essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations for prospective students and campus visitors.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Admissions office, including data entry, typing, and maintaining electronic files.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and front‑desk duties, serving prospective students and visitors.

Required profile

  • Completed associate degree or diploma (or high school diploma with six months related experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and ability to work well with others.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in word processing and various software programs.
  • Data‑entry accuracy and efficiency.
