Admissions Advisor

About the role

Meridian University seeks a relationship‑driven Admissions Advisor to guide prospective postgraduate students through the admissions process. You will build genuine connections, listen carefully, and help candidates determine if Meridian’s innovative, experiential programs are the right fit.

Key responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with prospective students in person, by phone, and globally, and facilitate live informational sessions.
• Guide applicants through form submissions, document completion, and program requirements while maintaining deep knowledge of Meridian’s offerings.
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and support cross‑departmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher with strong alignment to Meridian’s mission and values.
• Experience providing individualized guidance for significant decisions and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self‑management skills including reliable follow‑through and organized pipeline management.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or comparable CRM)
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
