About the role
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is hiring an Administrative Assistant V to serve as Office Manager. The position supports TPWD’s mission to manage and conserve Texas’s natural and cultural resources while providing hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation opportunities for current and future generations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform administrative assistant duties at the V level, including office management tasks.
- Maintain records, handle correspondence, and coordinate daily office activities.
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement as needed.
Required profile
- Complete work history in the application, including job titles, dates, employer, supervisor, and duties.
- College transcripts required if education is used to meet minimum qualifications.
