Administrative Assistant – Private Equity Team

About the role
Our client, a respected private equity firm, is seeking a polished Administrative Assistant to provide day‑to‑day support to investment professionals and operational teams in a fast‑paced corporate environment. The role offers exposure to the private equity industry while requiring strong organizational abilities and a professional demeanor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Process expense reports and assist with invoice handling.
- Coordinate office operations, vendors, and supplies.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
- Assist with special projects and team initiatives.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience supporting finance, investment or professional services teams is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
