About the role
The Administrative Analyst provides essential administrative support to faculty, undergraduate and graduate students within the School of Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Working closely with various college and university units, the analyst ensures smooth financial and operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile Workday financial accounts for programs, grants, and faculty.
- Create and process purchase requisitions and related documentation.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to faculty and students.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to support academic and research activities.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and institutional policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma (required).
- At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field.
- Three years of relevant experience in an administrative or financial support role.
Required skills
- Workday financial management system.
