About the Position

Capital University is seeking highly qualified and passionate Adjunct Professors to join our School of Management and Leadership. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the next generation of business leaders by teaching undergraduate and MBA students in a dynamic academic environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction for undergraduate and/or Master's level courses, primarily in a face-to-face format on our Bexley campus or via hybrid models.
• Develop and implement comprehensive course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with program learning objectives.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations to ensure curriculum relevance and academic excellence.
• Leverage educational technologies, including the Canvas LMS and various enterprise software, to enhance the learning experience.
• Mentor and guide students, fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive learning environment dedicated to student success.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration (MBA) or a closely related field (PhD preferred).
• Significant professional expertise with a proven track record of success in your specific field of instruction.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and the ability to engage diverse student populations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A deep passion for higher education and student mentorship.
