About the role

The University of Arkansas at Monticello is hiring an Adjunct Faculty member to support Practical Nursing (PN) students at the Crossett campus. The role involves tutoring, teaching study skills, and delivering instructional sessions as needed under the supervision of the PN program director.

Key responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one and group tutoring for PN students.
Teach study‑skill strategies and supplemental instruction.
Develop and deliver course material on an as‑needed basis.
Collaborate with the Director of the PN program to align tutoring with curriculum goals.

Required profile

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Arkansas.
Minimum five (5) years of clinical nursing experience.
Strong communication and instructional abilities.
Eligibility to work in the United States.

Required skills

Clinical nursing expertise.

Hourly compensation of $28.00.
Temporary fixed‑term appointment.
