Adjunct Faculty Position

About the role

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to join its academic community. This part‑time, fixed‑term position allows experienced educators to teach undergraduate courses, contribute to curriculum development, and support student success on campus.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver course lectures, labs, and discussion sessions in assigned subject areas.
• Prepare syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Grade student work promptly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain office hours for student advising and mentorship.
• Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with full‑time faculty.

Required profile
