About the role
The University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College is seeking a part‑time Adjunct Faculty member to teach Nutrition courses. The position supports a diverse, community‑college environment and may involve both online and face‑to‑face instruction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate Nutrition and Health courses in accordance with the college curriculum.
- Develop, revise, and assess course materials to ensure current industry relevance.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to a culturally diverse student body.
- Participate in departmental meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics with at least 18 graduate credit hours.
- Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably at a community college.
- Ability to teach both online and in‑person formats.
Required skills
- Curriculum development and assessment.
- Effective classroom and virtual instruction techniques.
