About the role

Hofstra University's Department of Specialized Programs in Education is seeking a part-time Field Supervisor to supervise student teachers. The position is open until filled.

Required profile

Master's degree required
New York State teacher certification in Physical Education, Health and/or Administration
Minimum of 10 years supervising teachers
Preferred: EdD or PhD in Education or a related field
Willingness to travel to school sites on Long Island and in the five boroughs of New York City

Pay of $1,750-$2,050 per credit hour, depending on experience and education
