About the role

The School of Business at the University of Arkansas at Monticello seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate business courses. The position involves delivering one to two sections each semester in subjects such as General Business, Marketing, Management, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach one to two sections per semester in designated business subjects.
  • Prepare and deliver course materials in face‑to‑face, hybrid, or online formats.
  • Assess student performance, assign grades, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the director/dean to align curriculum with student needs and program outcomes.

Required profile

  • Master of Business Administration or a closely related business field.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate business courses.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
