About the role

The University of Arkansas at Monticello seeks a part‑time Adjunct Faculty member for the School of Business Accounting program. You will teach one to two undergraduate accounting courses each semester, delivering instruction in face‑to‑face, online, or hybrid formats.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver course materials for upper‑ and lower‑level accounting classes.
  • Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
  • Maintain office hours and provide academic support to students.
  • Collaborate with the director/dean to align course outcomes with program goals.

Required profile

  • Master of Business Administration, Master of Accounting, or a related business graduate degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach in face‑to‑face, online, or hybrid environments.
  • Commitment to fostering student learning and success.
