About the role
The University of Arkansas at Monticello seeks a part‑time Adjunct Faculty member for the School of Business Accounting program. The role involves teaching one to two undergraduate accounting courses each semester, either face‑to‑face, online, or in a hybrid format.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver instructional material for upper and lower‑level accounting courses.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- Maintain course records and adhere to university academic policies.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students.
- Collaborate with the director/dean on curriculum development and course outcomes.
Required profile
- Master of Business Administration, Master of Accounting, or a related business field.
- Demonstrated ability to teach in face‑to‑face, online, or hybrid environments.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality education to undergraduate students.
Required skills
- Teaching delivery methods (face‑to‑face, online, hybrid).
What we offer
- Compensation of $2,400 per course/section.
