About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) seeks an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor to join the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. This contingent position focuses on clinical teaching and precepting of residents during otolaryngology rotations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide supervision and instruction to residents in the evaluation and management of common otolaryngologic conditions.
- Promote evidence‑based clinical practice throughout the rotation.
- Deliver constructive feedback on residents' clinical knowledge and performance.
- Collaborate with departmental and residency program leadership to ensure alignment with educational objectives.
Required profile
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or hold an approved medical or religious exemption.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
