Actuarial Risk Modeling Services – Associate (Summer/Fall 2027)

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate for its Actuarial Risk Modeling Services team, starting in the Summer/Fall of 2027. You will work within the Assurance practice, supporting non‑life insurance clients by providing analytical insights that help manage risk and improve financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Apply actuarial science to assess risk and optimize financial performance.
• Conduct complex data analysis to extract insights and identify trends.
• Implement financial modeling techniques that represent real‑world financial situations.
• Utilize statistical modeling to develop predictive algorithms.
• Engage in risk model implementation, creating and validating risk‑prediction models.
• Collaborate with team members to support client engagements and projects.
• Participate in strategic forecasting to anticipate market developments.
• Support delivery of independent assessments to uphold transparency and compliance.
• Contribute to the development of financial stability and growth strategies for clients.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Commitment to meeting educational requirements and passing actuarial exams before starting full‑time.
• Entry‑level candidate in the final academic year or recent graduate.
