Accounting Manager

About the role

This position supports a growing, multi‑entity manufacturing organization and offers direct exposure to executive leadership. The Accounting Manager will influence processes, drive improvements, and play a key role in the company’s financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare and review financial reporting packages, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Support consolidations and multi‑entity accounting activities
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insight to leadership
• Partner with operations to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives
• Support audits, internal controls, and compliance efforts
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and accounting best practices
• Maintain oversight of general ledger activity, accruals, and balance‑sheet reconciliations
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership on business decisions and growth initiatives

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with financial reporting, consolidations, and close processes
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems
• Manufacturing, industrial, or multi‑entity experience preferred
• Process‑improvement mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and desire for visibility with leadership
