About the role
Cashera, a fast‑growing fintech and lending company, is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its North Miami Beach team. This role supports the company’s finance function by handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Experience with QuickBooks.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
- Annual performance bonus.
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, Fridays remote.
