Accountant I – Full‑Time Remote

About the role

Experity is seeking an Accountant I to join its mission‑driven team supporting on‑demand healthcare clinics across the United States. This full‑time remote role offers the chance to contribute to financial operations that keep clinics running smoothly while making a direct impact on patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries.
• Update accounts receivable, issue invoices, and manage collections.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
• Review expenses, payroll records, and related documentation.
• Maintain customer and vendor contract data within the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly and yearly closing statements.
• Provide support for external audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate's degree in finance/accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities, solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles, and meticulous attention to detail.
