Account Supervisor

About the role

As an Account Supervisor you will lead day‑to‑day operations for assigned brands, build strong client relationships and mentor junior team members. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on project management to deliver high‑quality brand solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee projects from brief development through deployment, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of assigned categories and industry trends to inform strategy.
• Manage senior‑level client relationships, delivering marketing communications that meet objectives.
• Lead fiscal management of accounts, collaborating with finance and project management on budgets, contracts and resource allocation.
• Supervise and develop direct reports, delegating tasks, providing guidance and fostering growth.
• Own multiple workstreams, ensure timely delivery and produce insightful client reports on status, budgets and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with at least 3 years of agency or marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with proactive planning, curiosity‑driven learning and innovative problem‑solving.
• Leadership and mentorship capability to develop junior talent.
