Account Manager – SMB Dine-In for TikTok Local Services

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join TikTok’s Local Services team, focusing on small‑and‑medium‑business (SMB) partners in the dine‑in food sector. You will help grow our ecosystem by supporting merchants, driving campaigns and ensuring successful adoption of TikTok Local Services products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach potential dine‑in merchants to expand TikTok’s local services portfolio.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key accounts.
• Plan and execute short‑video and LIVE marketing campaigns that boost merchant performance.
• Collaborate with content, operations and product teams to deliver smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor basic performance metrics such as traffic, conversion and GMV, and recommend optimisations.
• Assist with merchant onboarding, training and product adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, operations or marketing.
• Strong interest in the food/dine‑in, e‑commerce or local services industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, quick‑learning and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
