Account Manager - Sales Excellence

About the role

The Account Manager – Sales Excellence for Electrified Motion will act as the primary commercial partner for a portfolio of global OEM and Tier 1 customers. You will deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove experience while driving profitable business growth and representing the customer’s voice inside Bosch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of OEM and Tier 1 accounts, serving as the main commercial contact throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and lead commercial recovery initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Finance—to ensure successful product launches, engineering changes, and customer‑driven requirements.
• Lead commercial activities for new business acquisitions, supporting quotations, contract negotiations, and program award execution.
• Oversee sample management across development phases, ensuring timely delivery of B‑samples and prototypes that meet customer expectations.
• Monitor program financial performance, including P&L accountability, revenue forecasting, volume risk assessment, and margin optimization.
• Administer customer‑specific commercial requirements such as Raw Material Index mechanisms, tooling agreements, surcharge recovery, and contract compliance.
• Manage tooling commercialization activities, including quotations, approvals, tracking, tagging, and reimbursement recovery.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customer engagement and business development.
