Account Manager – Remote (US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow contingent workforce programs for multiple U.S. clients. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with leading VMS platforms and drive profitability across MSP accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage contingent workforce programs for diverse clients, handling supplier and vendor sourcing.
• Oversee program P&L operations, ensuring profitability and target returns.
• Maintain hands‑on proficiency with VMS tools such as Beeline and VNDLY for reporting and issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor account management teams to achieve performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and providing value‑added solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• 7+ years managing staffing or workforce‑solution accounts, including account growth.
• Proven success in complex MSP or multi‑vendor environments.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze performance and develop growth strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership, client‑facing, and conflict‑resolution skills.
