About the role

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a customer‑focused Account Manager for Membership Services. This full‑time, in‑person position will support Season Ticket Members, ensuring exceptional fan experiences and driving retention across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate relationships with an assigned portfolio of Season Ticket Members, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Drive annual retention and renewal efforts through proactive engagement, strategic account planning, and value‑driven conversations at games and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member inquiries, coordinate services, and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Track and report on membership metrics, providing insights to improve fan engagement strategies.
