Account Manager, Live Operations – TikTok Shop

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s Live Operations team to help scale the #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt phenomenon across the United States. You will drive the growth of TikTok’s e‑commerce ecosystem by acquiring and nurturing enterprise sellers, ensuring a seamless and innovative shopping experience for creators, brands, and shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with category leadership to identify high‑potential sellers and manage the end‑to‑end business development process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects based on opportunity size, platform readiness, and content‑commerce potential.
• Develop compelling pitch materials and processes tailored to target brands and categories.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline onboarding, integration, and seller growth.
• Design and maintain reporting, analysis, and measurement frameworks to monitor seller onboarding and performance.
• Coordinate internal resources to accelerate seller acquisition and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales within retail, marketplace, or e‑commerce platforms.
• Experience working with consumable brands or equivalent seller categories.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive leadership in B2B settings and negotiate outcomes.
• Track record of managing scalable processes to meet monthly and quarterly OKRs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to improve processes and support growth.
• Preferred: quick learner, proactive, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and excellent communicator.
