Account Manager

About the role

Enerflex Ltd is seeking an Account Manager (Sales Engineer) to lead sales efforts for refrigeration and downstream projects serving major oil & gas, petrochemical and EPC customers. The role combines technical understanding of compression and refrigeration equipment with customer‑focused sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new orders.
• Maintain and grow the customer base within the assigned market area.
• Network with customers and promote the Enerflex brand.
• Demonstrate product benefits and prepare budgetary quotations.
• Collaborate with applications engineers to develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Review commercial terms and coordinate with legal and commercial teams.
• Monitor project execution to ensure customer and company satisfaction.
• Travel as required and work non‑standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Adhere to and promote Enerflex HSE policies.

Required profile

• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree with 5‑10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and rotating equipment fundamentals.
• Excellent networking and customer relationship abilities.
• Demonstrated ethical behavior and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
