Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Appcast clients, helping them maximise the value of programmatic recruitment advertising solutions. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, understand client goals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients as their advocate and partner.
• Own a portfolio of client accounts, understand desired outcomes and drive KPI achievement.
• Track and manage client advertising spend on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying budget issues and proposing solutions.
• Provide media and marketing research, develop multi‑channel campaigns and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform complex data analysis, derive insights and present regular performance reports.
• Partner with product and development teams to resolve technical issues and deepen product knowledge.
• Collaborate with strategy and sales teams to build business cases for expanding client product mix.
• Educate clients on platform features, updates and best practices.
• Exceed client expectations through proactive communication and over‑delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client accounts and advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, sales and strategy teams.
