Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to build long‑term, trusting relationships with our customers in the primary market research healthcare space. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, handling requests, bids and coordinating internally to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the communication hub for clients, responding to enquiries and resolving disputes.
• Develop and maintain long‑term rapport with customers, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Generate bid proposals and consult on sample design and business issues.
• Gather country‑specific healthcare data to support client targeting and study expectations.
• Contact and negotiate with panel vendors worldwide, managing specifications, pricing and commissioning.
• Lead project kick‑off calls, plan timelines, and address issue resolution.
• Support senior commercial team with new and existing client management and business development activities.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and provide internal performance data.

Required profile

• Experience in client relationship management and sales within the healthcare or market research sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as liaison between operations and clients.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects, negotiate with vendors and support senior business development initiatives.
