Account Manager

About the role

Cramer, a brand experience and content marketing agency near Boston, is looking for an Account Manager who will own client relationships, ensure project delivery, and help grow existing and new business. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our cross‑functional teams, delivering exceptional service and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead client relationships across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
• Support senior account team members on top‑tier projects and represent the client’s voice internally.
• Onboard new clients, uncover expectations, and set project teams up for success.
• Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, partnering with managers to course‑correct.
• Own all account financials, including contracts, budgets, change orders, and invoices.
• Accurately forecast revenue and communicate expectations to internal teams.
• Lead proposal development and monitor industry trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Facilitate kickoff, reconciliation, and debrief meetings, creating remediation plans when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably with experiential, strategy, or production work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and client‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑changing environment and work onsite 4 days per week in Norwood, MA.
