Account Manager (Industrial Sales)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to drive sustainable growth within our industrial and business sectors in Lihue, HI. You will act as a consultative partner, deepening relationships with existing customers and uncovering new opportunities to expand our portfolio of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to meet sales milestones in an assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular business reviews and value‑adding initiatives.
• Identify and secure new high‑value partnerships that align with company standards of excellence.
• Communicate clearly with customers to align solutions with their operational goals.
• Coordinate information across the partnership lifecycle to ensure healthy margins and growth.
• Stay informed on product offerings and competitive landscape to serve as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2–3 years in sales or account management).
• Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary $65,000–$85,000 plus 30% commission.
• Monthly automobile allowance and travel within the territory.
