Account Manager (Hybrid) – Irving, TX

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to act as a consultative partner for airports and airlines, helping them leverage Cirium’s aviation analytics to improve operations and drive growth. The role combines relationship building, solution selling, and strategic account management in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve new‑business acquisition and renewal targets for assigned accounts, delivering consistent monthly, quarterly and annual revenue growth.
• Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns and detailed account plans to maximize revenue and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of Cirium’s products and communicate their value to prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Use a consultative sales approach to propose right‑fit solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including product, marketing, consultancy, and customer success—to deliver customized solutions.
• Share best practices, sales strategies, and market insights with the sales team.
• Monitor industry trends in aviation and travel to identify emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably within aviation, airlines, or related travel sectors.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to act as an internal advocate for clients.
• Passion for aviation, finance and data‑driven solutions.
