Account Manager – Global Logistics

About the role

Expeditors is seeking a proactive Account Manager to develop, maintain, and grow relationships with locally based customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer requirements are identified and met while driving revenue growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Expeditors' activities with a portfolio of local customers.
• Achieve business retention and pursue new development opportunities.
• Identify and service cross‑functional and geographical operational requirements.
• Lead strategic business planning and execution using customer relationships and industry knowledge.
• Deliver tailored business reviews and workshops focused on value creation and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with senior executives, product, and geo management to create timely, value‑add solutions.
• Increase revenues and profitability through enhanced value‑added services.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent business qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Expeditors or a similar logistics/transport industry.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Strong knowledge of Expeditors' products and services.
