Account Manager, Enterprise

About the role

The Account Manager, Enterprise serves as the primary liaison between Scorpion’s clients and internal teams, translating client objectives into strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role drives the execution of SEO, paid advertising, social media, chat, and content marketing campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑lasting client relationships by understanding their business goals.
• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify upselling opportunities and expand service offerings within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal directors, specialists, and writers to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Manage client budgets to optimize resource allocation and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of client‑facing account management experience.
• Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts.
