Account Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager at Clix acts as a trusted digital‑marketing consultant and primary advocate for assigned clients. You will proactively nurture relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive steady growth in account value through strategic guidance and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client relationship, serving as the main point of contact and delivering proactive communication.
• Lead regular client meetings with clear agendas, actionable updates, and follow‑through on commitments.
• Monitor account health, identify growth or risk signals, and act promptly to maintain stability.
• Coordinate with internal SEO, PPC, creative, and development teams to guarantee accurate execution and transparent reporting.
• Translate performance data into client‑ready insights that link marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Spot and propose expansion opportunities, collaborating with business development when appropriate.
• Collect and act on client feedback, including NPS, to strengthen relationships and inform internal teams.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to enhance communication, reporting, and preparation efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of client‑facing account management in a digital‑marketing environment (SEO, PPC, paid social, or website projects).
• Proven track record of client retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
