Account Manager – Client & Campaign Management

About the role

Chimeable is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships and drive end‑to‑end campaign execution. You will work remotely while traveling to client sites and industry events across the US and Canada to ensure campaigns meet brand goals and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of brand and agency clients from kickoff through renewal.
• Lead client onboarding, translating objectives into clear campaign plans.
• Build, launch, and oversee campaigns, including activity design, member selection, and messaging.
• Monitor performance, flag issues early, and coordinate resolutions.
• Handle sample fulfillment logistics with clients and warehouse partners.
• Prepare performance reports and present post‑campaign analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep multiple campaigns on schedule.
• Travel to client offices and trade shows to support business development.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or campaign management, preferably in marketing, e‑commerce, or CPG.
• Strong communicator able to simplify complex client needs.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced startup.
• Willingness to travel across the US and Canada.
