Account Executive, Suite Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue through suite leases and premium hospitality sales across our sports and entertainment venues. The role is part of the Ticketing team and focuses on generating new business and supporting broader premium sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and manage a pipeline of corporate clients for suite leases and hospitality packages.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery meetings to proposal development and contract execution.
• Present customized solutions that align with client objectives and organizational priorities.
• Leverage games, arena events and hospitality experiences to build relationships and advance sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline stages and client interactions in the CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, service and sales leadership to support premium sales campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in ticket sales, hospitality or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a metrics‑driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior decision‑makers.
