Account Executive – Staffing Sales (Carlisle, PA)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to drive business growth for our staffing solutions in Carlisle, PA. You will work directly with strategic and local accounts, expanding relationships and delivering profitable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business with strategic high‑volume staffing accounts and high‑margin local businesses.
• Expand and retain existing customers, increase market share, profitability and meet sales targets.
• Create and present proposals and pricing models tailored to client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a staffing agency sales role.
• Ability to provide strategic, consultative support and collaborate on client solutions.
• Proven networking and business‑development skills with strong relationship‑building capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions.
• Willingness to work on‑site with occasional travel between locations.
