Account Executive – Retail Sales (Atlanta)

About the role

Tatcha is seeking an Account Executive to lead sales and training initiatives for its skincare line in Sephora and Ulta stores across the Atlanta to North Carolina region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be the primary driver of brand growth, event execution, and retailer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans that exceed KPIs and financial targets.
• Analyze weekly sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate sell‑through through in‑store events, product training, and direct selling.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead in‑store events, collaborating with store teams and internal partners.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage freelance staff for events.
• Identify optimal store locations for events to maximize profitability.
• Conduct regional store and district trainings, including one‑on‑one sessions.
• Maintain brand image and culture in all retailer interactions.
• Manage budgets and expenses in line with company guidelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in beauty or retail sales.
• Consultative, relationship‑driven sales approach with empathy.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and adapts quickly.
• Passionate about planning and executing in‑store events.
• Team player with a positive, resilient attitude.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging audiences at all levels.
